INTIMATE CONFERENCES AT OPULENT PATERNOSTER BOUTIQUE GUEST HOUSE

Abalone House is the ideal setting for teambuilding excursions, with unusual offerings to make the experience particularly memorable. In Paternoster there is kayaking, pottery and cooking workshops, scuba diving and more available. Nearby Langebaan has kite surfing and daily sundowner lagoon cruises on the Sea Stallion. However, all outdoor activities on the West Coast are always weather dependant.



Conference delegates can enjoy accommodation in Abalone House’s sumptuous 10 suites, some of which enjoy sea views. Many suites also have private outdoor relaxation areas and there is even a rooftop Jacuzzi with a sea view – to relax after the work is done. Or guests can cool off in the elegant swimming pool, before enjoying a relaxing cocktail in the Africa Bar. Decadent dinners prepared by Chef Darren Stewart (previously with the Singita group) are served in the Saffron Restaurant, under chandeliers and surrounded by opulent appointments. Special menus for conference delegates are offered with ease and prior arrangement.

In the guest suites, every creature comfort and business need has also been thought of and catered for. All are luxuriously appointed, air-conditioned and have flat screen televisions and cappuccino/espresso machines, stocked mini-bars, ipod docking stations, CD and DVD players and a digital weather forecast station. The extensive book and DVD libraries are available for the enjoyment of guests, and all suites also have built-in laptop safes.

Attractively priced conference packages are available until the end of August 2011 from only R995.00 per night per person sharing and include accommodation; breakfast, light lunch and a 3 course dinner.  Single occupancy is priced at R1600.00 per night.   Alternatively tailor-make your conference package and include special activities such as kayaking, scuba diving, cookery workshops or add afternoon tea and gourmet dinners to your basic package for your delegates!
